Beth Lisick is an American writer, performer, and author of five books. With Arline Klatte, she co-founded the Porchlight Storytelling Series of open-mic spoken word performances in San Francisco in 2002.〔http://www.sfstation.com/porch-light-story-telling-series-e214541〕〔http://tucsoncitizen.com/stories/tag/porchlight-storytelling/〕 Her spoken word performances were featured at the Lollapalooza festival in 1994, the South by Southwest Music Festival in 1996 and 1997, and Lilith Fair in 1998.〔http://www.salon.com/audio/2000/10/05/lisick/〕 She has toured with Sister Spit.
